Hand thrown functional stoneware pottery
All of my pottery is food safe.
Frog inspired copper red platter
Hand thrown on a potter's wheel, I then cut duct tape into frog shapes.

These shapes are then applied to the bisqued pottery. I love to spray my glazes onto the clay.

After spraying the glaze onto the piece, I remove the duct tape, which leaves behind the frog shapes. I then glaze another color over the top.
Shino glazed pine tree cup
Often other potters are astounded at how light my coffee cups are.

On this shino glazed pine tree cups, I first glaze them in a carbon traping shino, and then draw hot wax on their surface, in the shape of pine trees.
I then over glaze them in a copper red.
